Role & responsibilities

• Gain rich experience by working with Crossflow solutions - Authorized distributor of 3M India, Asahi Kasei Corporation Japan, YAMIT of Israel.
• The candidate will undergo training and will be meeting key decision makers in the industry and do value selling of 3M High Performance filters.
• This job entails extensive travel (approx. 15 days/month).
• Visiting Industrial customers (Automotive OEMs. Ink & Chemical, Water Treatment OEMs etc.) across the assigned region for pitching 3M High Performance Industrial filters for various applications.
• Candidate will hold Technical/Commercial discussions with R&D. Manufacturing, Production and providing them product benefits, commercial offers, negotiations, order execution followed by payment collection.
• The candidate will adhere to visit plans & provide regular visits report to Manager.
• All new date shall be uploaded on SFDC portal for customer mapping & keeping track of competitors activities in the region.
• Candidate will partner with the sales manager to meet and exceed sales targets and developing new accounts to grow the business.
• The position is mainly for 3M Filtration Business for the state of Maharashtra & Gujarat.
