Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through targeted email marketing campaigns across various platforms (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook).

- Conduct in-depth research and identify potential clients within the IT Services industry.

- Utilize LinkedIn for lead generation and prospecting.

- Explore and leverage online bidding portals to identify and pursue new opportunities.

- Implement effective lead nurturing campaigns to cultivate relationships with potential clients.

- Segment leads based on their interests and engagement levels.

- Deliver personalized and targeted email communications to nurture leads throughout the sales funnel.

- Maintain accurate records of all leads and sales activities within the CRM system.

- Analyze lead data to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize future campaigns.

- Ensure data quality and compliance with relevant data privacy regulations.

- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential new markets.

- Stay updated on the latest email marketing best practices and technologies.

Required Skills:

- Proven experience in developing and executing successful email marketing campaigns.

- Strong understanding of lead generation methodologies and experience in generating high-quality leads.

- Familiarity with email marketing tools and platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Pardot).

- Good understanding of the IT Services industry, including application development, web/mobility, and Salesforce.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft compelling email copy.

- Basic data analysis skills and the ability to interpret data to track campaign performance.

- Proficiency in using LinkedIn for lead generation and other relevant tools.

Experience:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in lead generation, email marketing, or a related field.

- Experience in generating leads for tech-related services (Application development, Web/Mobility, Salesforce) is highly preferred.
