About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and results-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns across various channels.

- Create compelling email content, including subject lines, body copy, and calls-to-action.

- Segment email lists and personalize email campaigns for maximum impact.

- Schedule and deliver email campaigns using email marketing platforms (e.g, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo).

- Track email campaign performance metrics (e.g, open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates).

- Analyze campaign data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- Manage email lists, ensuring data quality and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g, CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR).

- Stay abreast of the latest email marketing best practices, trends, and technologies.

- Continuously improve email marketing strategies based on industry best practices and campaign performance data.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 2+ years of experience in email marketing.

Skills:

- Strong understanding of email marketing principles and best practices.

- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong analytical and data analysis skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.

- Education: Master's/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
