Job Description

A leading manufacturer of window films is looking for a seasoned sales professional to lead the B2B Specialty sales division, focusing on window films for various applications.

The Segment Lead will play a pivotal role in driving sales for diverse sectors such as Railways, Glass Processors, OEMs, and Government projects. The role will involve lead generation, relationship building, sales target management, and strategic growth.

Key Deliverables
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate specialty sub-segments and achieve sales targets.
2. Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders such as Railways, Glass processors, OEMs, and Government authorities.
3. Identify new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
4. Conduct presentations, seminars, training, and product demonstrations to engage potential customers.
5. Establish strong connections with the Railways business ecosystem, including RDSO, Railway Board, Tier 1 vendors, and more.
6. Engage with glass processors and manufacturing OEMs to foster growth in the Interlayer business.
7. Identify OEMs for customized offerings and execute co-branding and partnership strategies.
8. Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
9. Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
10. Work with product development to gather customer feedback and drive product improvements.
11. Monitor and report on sales performance, analyzing data for improvements.
12. Negotiate contracts with clients to ensure profitability and compliance with company policies.

Requirements
1. Minimum 10-15 years in the Railways, Laminated Glass, Sentry Glass, Interlayer domain, with a focus on B2B and Project Sales.
2. At least 5 years of project sales experience.
3. Experience managing a team of 2-5 employees (future team leadership)

Educational, Experience & Skill Requirements
1. Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. MBA is a plus.
2. 10-15 years of experience in B2B sales within the Railways, Laminated Glass, Sentry Glass, and Interlayer domain.
3. In-depth knowledge of the industry, trends, and competitive landscape.
4. Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
5. Result-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.
6. Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
7. Ability to travel for client meetings, events, and project site visits.
