Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

The HRBP Professional will lead, coordinate, and manage a variety of HR-related projects to support our "Tech - Product" organization's strategic HR objectives. This role requires an individual with expertise in project management, HR best practices, and the ability to work cross-functionally with various departments to ensure successful project execution, on-time delivery, and adherence to budget constraints.



The ideal candidate will have strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple HR projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.


  • HRBP - Tier 1 MBA Graduate, 2017 & Onwards Batch, from Tech Product Ecosystem.



Strategic HR Partnership:

  • Collaborate with leadership teams to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on all HR-related matters.
  • Identify talent needs, workforce planning, and succession planning in partnership with business leaders.
  • Drive change management initiatives to support business transformations.

Talent Management & Development:

  • Support recruitment efforts by partnering with talent acquisition teams to attract top talent.
  • Facilitate onboarding and integration programs to ensure a seamless employee experience.
  • Implement and manage performance management processes to drive employee growth and development.
  • Design and execute learning and development programs tailored to employee and business needs.

Employee Engagement & Culture:

  • Foster a culture of innovation, inclusion, and collaboration.
  • Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Conduct regular employee pulse surveys and implement action plans based on feedback.
  • Address and resolve employee relations issues with a focus on fairness and compliance.

HR Operations & Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and best practices.
  • Work closely with HR centers of excellence (COEs) to deliver HR services effectively.
  • Utilize HR analytics and metrics to drive data-driven decision-making.


Preferred candidate profile


Qualifications:


  • Education:
  • Masters degree from Premium B Schools in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) are a plus.
  • Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in HRBP experience within the Tech Product space.
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional HR projects End to End.
  • Experience with HR software and systems, such as HRIS, talent management platforms, or payroll systems.


  • Skills:
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams while maintaining a collaborative approach.
  • High level of attention to detail and quality control.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).
