Production Planning And Control - Executive

Role & responsibilities:

• One should have worked for minimum 5- 8 years in well known cable organization having core knowledge and experience in Production, Production planning and control of LT / HT /EHV / CONTROL / Instrumentation / House wires etc.
• Monthly , Weekly , Daily production planning and execution.
• Making Final and tentative manufacturing plan.
• Daily MIS reports and product status tracking.
• Monthly , Weekly , Daily Raw Material Requirement Planning and follow up with vendors.
• Product readiness and day wise plan making.
• SAP core knowledge and Material requirement planning through SAP.
• RM and WIP Inventory management.
• Plan vs Actual Monitoring and Analysis.
• Capacity Planning ,Utilization and Analysis.
• Dashboards making.
• Product scheduling.
• Product Data Management.
• Drum Requirement Planning.
• Ontime Material delivery to ensure no losses due to RM shortage.
• Coordination with Marketing and sales to ensure on time delivery of product.
