Quality Manager

Objective:

• Overall Quality control & Assurance in House-wires ensuring consistent quality in manufacturing in our plant & at OEM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall Quality control from RM to FG stage of House wire, Instrumentation Cables and Solar Cables being manufactured as per IS:694, IS:17048, EN 50618, IEC Standards, BS Standards and various other International Standards.
• Overall
  Will be responsible for complete QAC Operations of Wires and allied products in the existing plant and the OEM facilities. Will also head the expanded capacity which is estimated to be completed in a years time.
  Responsible for all routine, acceptance and type testing of wires and flexible cables as per IS:694, IS:17048, IEC Standards, BS Standards and various other International Standards for domestic and exports markets. Also responsible for testing required for environmental compliances like RoHS and REACH. Also, of certifications like CE, UL, BASEC etc.

–Preparing of Technical Particulars, Quality Assurance Plans

–Working knowledge of obtaining licenses from Bureau of India Standard and other statutory domestic and global approvals.

–Overall responsibility of Incoming RM/Packing material, In-process, Finish Goods, Product inspections and Calibrations.

Experience & Qualification:

• 12+ years QA in Wires & Cables with at least 6 years of undertaking above key responsibilities in a reputed organization.
• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering
