• Role : Supervisor/Executive - Production planning & Control
• Qualification : Diploma/BE/B.Tech
• Experience : Diploma : 3 - 6 years
• BE/B.Tech : 2 - 4 years
• Work location : Jigani, Bengaluru

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Release the monthly/weekly plan across value streams as per approved AOP
• Inventory control, resource planning & optimization, job allocation, monitor purchase/consumption activities against AOP.
• Reporting metrics (plan vs actual, optimal utilization, production status, shortages, SAP compliance.
• Define, process & update corporate SOPs/OIs/ AS9100 & Saksham related documentation.
• Release & track to closure of orders to production through SAP & MRP system as per plan.
• Conduct & report monthly WIP inventory, stock verification as on Actual Vs SAP system.
• ORR Metrics (production status, plan vs actual, shortages, concerns, safety compliance, OEE,
• machine utilization, power consumption, SAP compliance etc.)
• Attend RRCA & plan relaunch post CAPA, prepare & present weekly review metrics as against SAP..
• Assign daily/weekly targets to repartees to meet AOP.
• Nominate associates for monthly & quarterly awards of merit for their contribution at work.
• Follow Up implementation of approved ideas & improvement initiatives.
