Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
- One should have worked for minimum 5- 8 years in well known cable organization having core knowledge and experience in Production, Production planning and control of LT / HT /EHV / CONTROL / Instrumentation / House wires etc.
- Monthly , Weekly , Daily production planning and execution.
- Making Final and tentative manufacturing plan.
- Daily MIS reports and product status tracking.
- Monthly , Weekly , Daily Raw Material Requirement Planning and follow up with vendors.
- Product readiness and day wise plan making.
- SAP core knowledge and Material requirement planning through SAP.
- RM and WIP Inventory management.
- Plan vs Actual Monitoring and Analysis.
- Capacity Planning ,Utilization and Analysis.
- Dashboards making.
- Product scheduling.
- Product Data Management.
- Drum Requirement Planning.
- Ontime Material delivery to ensure no losses due to RM shortage.
- Coordination with Marketing and sales to ensure on time delivery of product.
