Shift Incharge Supervisor - Production (HT & EHV Cables)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• One should have worked for minimum 5- 8 years in well known cable organization having core knowledge of cable processes and experience in Production of HT /EHV cables etc.
• Daily production planning and execution.
• Daily Machine wise Raw Material Requirement Planning.
• SAP Entry core knowledge.
• Plan vs Actual Monitoring and Analysis.
• Shopfloor Management.
• Manpower handling and Utilization
• Overall Production shift In charge
• Productivity , OEE , Product quality monitoring.
• Adequate knowledge of 5S and Safety Practices.
• Good Communication and Training skills.

Working time:

Working in rotational shifts and weekly off
