Shift Incharge

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee shift planning, management, and execution to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
  
• Coordinate with factory maintenance team to ensure smooth operation of equipment and machinery.
  
• Handle manpower effectively by allocating tasks, monitoring performance, and addressing issues promptly.
  
• Manage daily production operations on the shop floor, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting quality standards.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in manufacturing industry as Shift Incharge or similar role.
  
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Any Specialization; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
  
• Strong understanding of Factory Maintenance, Production Supervising, Shift Management, Shift Planning, Manpower Handling, and Incharge Activities.
