Junior Officer

Key responsibilities:

• Shop floor management
• Manpower Handling
• SAP
• Basics of 5S,
• Committed to plant safety procedures.
• Responsible for production, Process and achieving the production targets with proper quality and food safety standards.
• To ensure that production is done as per the defined procedure and specifications.
• Maintaining the Online records & circulating production report on daily basis
• Follow the SOP's and Process Flows
• Reduce the yield losses by driving continuous improvement activities.
• Fulfil the External, Internal and Customer Audit requirement with no Major NCs.
• Supervising the work of Contract Labours
• Daily Verification of Opening & Closing Stocks
• Diagnosing breakdown problems
• Coordinating with all stake holders
• Monitoring and verification of the production yields as per standard intervals
• Arranging the next days production material to the shop floor from RM stores.
• Proper tracking of batches to ensure the traceability at all the time.
• Packing of products as per specification to the customer.
• Utensil control in the production area

Who are we looking for?

Education:

• BTech in Food Technology.

Experience:

• 2-4 years of experience in leading food processing plant, experience in Chicken processing plant is preferred.
