Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Production Executive to join our team. The
ideal candidate will ensure smooth production operations, maintain quality standards, and
achieve production targets in a nutraceutical or food manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Production Management:
Supervise and monitor daily production activities to ensure efficiency and
adherence to schedules.
Ensure production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
2. Quality Assurance:
Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and ensure compliance with
regulatory standards.
Conduct regular quality checks during the production process.
3. Inventory Management:
Monitor raw material availability and ensure timely procurement for
uninterrupted production.
Maintain accurate records of stock and production output.
4. Team Coordination:
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance,
Maintenance, and Logistics, for seamless production flow.
Train and guide junior staff on production processes and safety protocols.
5. Process Optimization:
Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance
productivity.
Assist in implementing Lean Manufacturing practices.
6. Safety and Compliance:
Ensure all safety measures and company guidelines are followed during
operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Food Technology, Biochemistry, or a related
field.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in nutraceutical or food manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and other quality standards.
Proficient in MS Office and production management software.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience with nutraceutical product formulations or food processing
techniques.
Familiarity with machinery and equipment used in nutraceutical/food production.
