Executive Finance

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and manage the preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying any variances and implementing corrective actions.
• Drive cost management strategies and process improvements to increase profitability.
• Oversee financial audits and compliance activities.
• Develop and implement strategic financial plans and budgets aligned with organizational goals.
• Advise senior leadership on financial matters, offering insights and recommendations for business decisions.
• Prepare financial models for new business opportunities, mergers, acquisitions, or product launches.
• Conduct financial analysis, including cash flow analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and return on investment.
• Ensure that financial policies, procedures, and internal controls are followed.
• Supervise and mentor junior financial team members.

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting, and budgeting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Advanced financial modeling skills.
• Experience in strategic financial planning and analysis.
