Engineer CNC/VMC Production having Aluminium Castings Background

Candidate should be from Aluminium Castings Machining Background only.

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for managing and executing the production targets as per the target
• Zero accident- major injuries and follow EHS standard on the shop floor.
• Ensure that there is no delay in Machining activities in MACHINE SHOP.
• Ensure that the average Machining Rejection is below 1 %
• Ensure that the Machining activities are as per the set standards.
• Coordinate with MACHINE SHOP maintenance team for the timely maintenance of machines.
• Ensure zero downtime for MACHINE SHOP VMC/HMC/CNC
• Daily Reports-Production failure analysis, Production achievement vs Target report, WIP report & FG Stock report
