We are seeking a highly skilled HR Coordinator with exceptional communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR background and be proficient in project charters, meeting notes, and documentation while coordinating across our international teams in US, Canada, Dubai, and India.
Responsibilities
Coordinate HR activities and workforce management across multiple regions.
Prepare and maintain project charters, meeting notes, reports, and HR documentation.
Act as a bridge between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and OneNote to manage HR documentation and reports efficiently.
Schedule and organize meetings, track action items, and follow up on deliverables.
Assist in HR operations, including employee engagement, travel coordination, and policy implementation.
Facilitate resource planning and support recruitment efforts as needed.
Travel as required to support HR initiatives and client interactions.Role & responsibilities
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 1.5 years of HR experience, preferably in a coordination role within an IT firm.
Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources (HR major is a must).
Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and OneNote.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle confidential information.
Must be local and available for on-site meetings.
Willingness to travel internationally when required.
Must have own laptop for work.
