Bench Sales Recruiter

Job Description:

TKzus Inc. is looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the US IT staffing industry, excellent networking skills, and a proven ability to market IT consultants to direct clients and Tier 1 vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizens) to direct clients and prime vendors.
• Develop strong relationships with vendors, hiring managers, and clients to generate business.
• Negotiate contract rates with vendors and clients, ensuring a win-win situation.
• Work on Corp-to-Corp (C2C), W2, and 1099 hiring models.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates.
• Track submissions, interviews, and follow-ups with clients and consultants.
• Utilize job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and Indeed for candidate marketing.
• Maintain consultant relationships and provide support throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to meet company hiring goals.

Required Skills:

• 1-5 years of experience in Bench Sales & US IT Staffing.
• Strong knowledge of US recruitment terms (W2, C2C, 1099, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with job portals and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
