Technical Content Associate

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a Computer Science Graduate who is skilled in technical writing, research, and documentation to prepare technical portfolios and job descriptions based on various technologies. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT terminologies, software development roles, and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and create detailed technical job descriptions for various IT roles.
• Prepare technical portfolios highlighting company expertise, project summaries, and technology stacks.
• Work closely with technical teams to understand project requirements and document them effectively.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate industry trends into documentation.
• Organize and maintain a structured repository of job descriptions and technical portfolios.
• Assist in writing case studies, white papers, and technical blogs as needed.
• Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to refine technical hiring criteria and job postings.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong understanding of IT technologies (e.g., .NET, Java, CRM, BPM, Cloud, AI, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze job requirements and create clear, concise, and engaging technical content.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, OneNote) and documentation tools.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
• Must be local and available for on-site collaboration.
• Must have own laptop for work.
• Prior experience in technical writing, job description creation, or documentation is a plus.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms is an advantage.
