Job Description:

We are looking for a highly presentable and articulate IT Marketing & Research Analyst to represent our company in client interactions, business meetings, and industry events. The ideal candidate should have a strong marketing and research background in the IT sector, along with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, business opportunities, and competitive insights.
• Develop and present IT marketing strategies, reports, and business proposals to clients.
• Act as a company representative in client meetings, networking events, and trade shows.
• Work closely with sales and business development teams to align marketing efforts with client needs.
• Prepare and deliver formal presentations, whitepapers, and case studies showcasing company expertise.
• Engage with potential and existing clients to build strong business relationships.
• Ensure that company branding, messaging, and presentations align with industry standards.
• Travel up to 50% for client meetings, business discussions, and industry conferences.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, market research, or business analysis in the IT industry.
• Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills and professional appearance to represent the company effectively.
• Ability to analyze IT market trends and translate them into actionable business insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote) and market research tools.
• Must be local and available for on-site meetings and discussions.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for business engagements.
• Must adhere to a formal dress code as a company representative.
• Must have own laptop for work.

Preferred Candidate:

• Prior experience in IT market research, business communication, or client-facing roles.
• Knowledge of IT services, cloud solutions, and enterprise software is a plus.
