HR Assistant

Role & responsibilities

• Supporting the HR team in recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Managing employee records and HR databases.
• Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Responsible for employee engagement activities on periodic basis.
• Responsible in assisting with employee feedback connects.
• Responsible to identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experiences.
• Responsible in handling Employee Background checks.
• Ensuring providing employees with information about their insurance benefits and help them with clarifications.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Ensuring to handling employee attendance, compliance with company policies regarding leave, holidays, and working hours.
• Assisting in report generations for audits and Labor law compliances.
• Ensuring to promote a positive work environment by addressing grievances and conflict resolution.
• Handling employee queries and resolving HR-related issues.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3+ yrs of experience in HR Operations, HR Business Partner & HR Events
• Interested to travel intercity to colleges for placement drives and handling workshops.
• Knowledge of HR laws, policies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Only male candidates are preferred
