Roles and Responsibilities

• End to End Recruitment
• Prepare Job Descriptions and Salary Package for all open vacancies.
• Manage online HR Job portals, Screen CVs and take interviews.
• Prepare Offer Letters for selected candidates.
• Prepare appointment Letters for joined candidates.
• Maintain staff files and ensure compliance and record updation on regular basis.
• Coordinating HR consultant Completing joining and leaving formalities of all employees.
• processing payroll and statutory compliances (ESI, PF, LWF, Profession Tax, Bonus and Gratuity etc.)
• Coordinating with Bank for opening of Salary accounts for new Joines.
• Managing staffing, promotions and staff rotation at HO and Plants.
• Checking monthly attendance and processing payroll /pay slips.
• Checking of Sales commission and timely processing of variables components of salaries.
• Managing Staff leaves, C-offs and other annual benefits.
• Carrying out weekly/Monthly staff training sessions on various important subjects.
• Actively support plants in MNC audits and related documentation.
• Organize team building activities and festive events in office.
• Make food, transport and lodging arrangements for official visitors to HO and Plants.
• Handling Employee Group Health insurance policy and other insurance policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience Minimum 5 Years in HR
• Qualification - Any Graduate & MBA- HR should be preferred
• Good Communication & Excellent Command Over English & Hindi (Writing & Speaking) is a must
