Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
• Handle payroll, benefits administration, and employee documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.
• Assist in performance management and employee development programs.
• Foster a culture of learning, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.
• Manage employee grievances, ensuring timely and fair resolutions.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities to enhance team morale and productivity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters degree or certification in HR is a plus).
• Proven experience as an HR professional, preferably in a consultancy or service-based industry.
• Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and labor laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of immigration and overseas education consultancy services is a plus.
