Job Description

Job Summary:


The HR Executive HR Operations will be responsible for managing and executing HR processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with company policies, coordinating payroll and benefits, and maintaining HR records. The role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple HR functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding, including documentation, background verification (BGV), induction, and joining formalities.
  • Handle employee transfers, promotions, and internal movements.
  • Oversee exit formalities, including clearance, exit interviews, and full & final settlements.

2. Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Support monthly payroll processing by coordinating with finance and ensuring timely salary disbursement.
  • Assist employees with leave management, insurance, reimbursements, and other benefits.

3. HR Compliance & Policy Implementation

  • Ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Maintain employee records, HR policies, and contracts.
  • Assist in conducting internal HR audits and compliance reporting.

4. HR Systems & Data Management

  • Maintain and update the HRMS (Human Resource Management System).
  • Track employee attendance, leaves, and generate HR reports for analytics and decision-making.

5. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and payroll.
  • Address employee grievances and support conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.

6. Performance Management & Training

  • Assist in performance appraisal cycles, goal setting, and feedback sessions.
  • Support training programs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.

7. Vendor & Third-Party Coordination

  • Liaise with recruitment agencies, background verification vendors.
  • Ensure vendor compliance with company policies.


Key Requirements:


  • Education: Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in HR Operations, Compliance, or Employee Lifecycle Management.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance requirements.
    • Proficiency in HRMS tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to handle confidential data with integrity.
