Hr Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage HR generalist activities such as joining formalities, exit formalities, attendance management, leave administration, payroll management, background verification, and exit process.
  
• Provide assistance in recruitment processes including shortlisting candidates based on resumes and conducting initial interviews.
  
• Coordinate with various departments to resolve employee grievances and ensure smooth operations within the organization.
  
• Maintain accurate records of employee data and perform administrative tasks related to human resources.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures by implementing effective HR coordination strategies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in an HR role or similar field (freshers can apply).
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from a recognized institution (any specialization).
  
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels.
