Job Brief

Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible to partner with key stakeholders for determining staffing needs, developing recruitment strategies, and leading employment branding initiatives. They excel in full-cycle recruiting, possess strong sourcing skills, and ensure positive candidate experiences.

Main Responsibilities of Head of Talent Acquisition

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with senior leadership and HR business partners to develop a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned to find and retain top talents.
• Conduct workforce planning and talent forecasting to address current and future talent needs across various departments and business units.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from requisition to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
• Partnering with stakeholders within the organization to track the ongoing hiring needs of their business
• Enhance and promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent and establish the organization as an employer of choice.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles, proactively identifying potential candidates for future openings.
• Advocate diversity and inclusion efforts in the recruitment process to attract a diverse pool of candidates and implement strategies to foster an inclusive environment.
• Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
• Develop, lead and implement projects pertaining to talent acquisition – young seeds, IIFA, talent acceleration, etc.

• 15-20 years of experience in talent acquisition with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Masters of Business Administration /Master of Social work or related field
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR analytics tools.
