Job Description

Role & responsibilities


Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract right talent from market which aligns with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job descriptions, and candidate profiles.
  • Build relationship with stakeholders both locally and globally.
  • Responsible for entire recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other recruitment sources to expand talent pipelines.
  • Utilize data and analytics to monitor recruitment performance and make data-driven decisions to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Manage and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS) for seamless candidate management.
  • Monitor and report on key talent acquisition metrics
  • Develop and promote an employer brand that attracts top talent and reflects the companies values and culture.
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and recruitment technologies to continuously improve the talent acquisition process.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and processes during the hiring process.

Preferred candidate profile


  • Post Graduate with relevant experience of more than 10 years in Recruitment.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Experience working with a diverse team and striving for fairness in hiring all races, genders and ages
  • Preferred experience of working with global stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Naukri, indeed, etc)
  • Analytical and goal oriented
  • Working Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player and has experience of mentoring team.
