Role & responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
To develop and implement talent acquisition strategies through market analysis and identified channels to bring in the right quantity & quality of human resources in terms of best fitment to the job /organization. To identify manpower needs from a quantitative & qualitative point of view and support to meet the human resource needs of the Organization. To drive implementation and continuous process oriented standard recruitment practices to deliver quality manpower within timelines
Strategic Support to Labs & Regional Operations
Constantly provide support to Regional/ Lab team members & other Operational/ functional colleagues across Regions/ Labs in terms of assistance from a functional perspective
Database Creation & Management (Talent Pipeline)
To create, search, network and identify active /passive job seekers based on criticality of the job position and maintain up to date information (database) to proactively fill positions within timelines. To identify, negotiate and work with HR business partners / vendors to ensure right quality of manpower supply within required timelines. Gathering competitive intelligence across cities in the area of talent acquisition & compensation across the diagnostics / healthcare industry by networking
MIS - Recruitment
To map, analyze the recruitment cost in adherence to the budget and timelines (TAT) to ensure cost effective, and on time recruitments
Job Analysis and Evaluation
To develop detailed JDs and evaluate the jobs to allocate them to appropriate salary groups ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness
Preferred candidate profile
a. MBA / PG in HR with at least 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
b. Knowledge and experience in using key performance indicators
c. Exceptional interpersonal skills
d. Demonstrate desired leadership behaviors and alignment to vision, mission and values of the organization.
e. Knowledge of functioning of HR in Diagnostics Industry
f. Up to date knowledge of current trends in talent acquisition
g. Problem solving & quick decision-making skills
h. Strategic thinking and ability to systematically plan and organize priorities
i. Team building & team working skills in order to be able to deal with internal & external customers from different regions/ units
j. Ability to work flexibly and motivate staff to achieve the standards required of the team
k. Ability to manage a varied workload and meet tight timelines
l. Perseverance and optimistic outlook
m. Good communication, interpersonal skills & presentation skills
