HR Executive - Talent Acquisition - Corporate office

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for end to end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, cold-calling, and scheduling telephonic, virtual, and in-person interviews, with consistent follow-ups until positions are filled.
• Partner with hiring managers to streamline and ensure an efficient and effective hiring process.
• Perform detailed background verification on candidates.
• Monitor and report on key hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire.
• Maintain and update the candidate database/MIS for both current and future recruitment needs.

Preferred candidate profile

• We are looking for a candidate with a strong passion and proven experience in managing recruitment, talent acquisition, and bulk/volume hiring within the Healthcare, Diagnostics, Hospitals, Pharma, or Life Sciences industries.
• The ideal candidate should have expertise in utilizing various job portals, recruitment tools, and other sources to attract top talent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• A deep understanding of industry-specific talent needs and the ability to craft effective recruitment strategies is required.
• The candidate should be enthusiastic, a team player, goal-oriented, and possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Preference will be given to those comfortable with traveling or residing along the Central & Harbor line and seeking long-term career growth and can join early.
