Assistant Manager - IT (Non-LIMS)

Role & responsibilities

1. Play active role in implementation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades of IT Applications including CRM.

2. Co-ordinate with functional team to assist and conduct trainings for CRM and other IT applications.

3. Have good knowledge of business process in a laboratory diagnostics environment.

4. Troubleshoot software errors, document issues and resolution.

5. Post Implementation support for CRM and other IT Applications.

6. Perform User Access Administration for CRM and other IT Applications.

7. Ensure change authorization are properly documented.

8. Maintain relevant Knowledge related to current industry trends related to automation and other business process.

9. Have knowledge of configuration related to CRM application and troubleshooting.

10. Validate IT applications along with necessary documentation.

11. Comply with company policies and procedures.

12. Ability to participate effectively as a team player.

13. Communicate effectively with all department staff and managers.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Minimum Graduate with IT background

2. Enough experience in a IT environment of lab Diagnostics setup

3. Strong knowledge of CRM applications.

4. Hands on experience in implementation of CRM in diagnostics setup.

5. Implementation of Microsoft CRM will be an added advantage.

6. Significant experience with CRM application support

7. Strong Analytical, written, and verbal communication skills

8. Ability to analyse with proficiency in application process and have strong problem-solving skills.
