Assistant General Manager Human Resource (HRBP)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manpower Planning & Budgeting
• Manage employee life cycle activities such as recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and separation.
• Develop and implement effective HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Payroll (SWB) & related compliances
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies related to contract labour management.
• Goal setting and PMS
• Foster strong relationships with employees through regular engagement initiatives to improve morale and productivity viz, townhalls, skip-level connects, 30-60-90 days connect, Employee engagement / Satisfaction surveys and actionable.
• MIS, HR Audits & Analytics
• Employee benefits / Welfare
• HR Automation
• HR Communication
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends and areas for improvement in talent acquisition, retention, and development.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 12-22 years of experience in an HR role within the Pharma / Lifesciences / Healthcare industry.
• MBA/PGDM/ MSW degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.
• Thorough knowledge of labour laws, Employee Relations, Disciplinary proceedings
• Proven expertise in budgeting, statutory compliance, talent acquisition, talent management, employee grievances handling.
• Candidates who can join within 30 days would be preferred
