Job Title: HRManager

Location: Noida sector 63.

Education: MBA HR (preferable)

Experience: 9+ years\u2019

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supporting Operations in anyAd-hoc / calendarized engagement activity covering R&R, Talent managementfor respective vertical etc.

2. Policy Development &Implementation:

Draft, review, and updateHR policies and employee handbooks, ensuring clarity and compliance with legalstandards.

Collaborate withleadership to develop policies that support the company strategic objectivesand culture.

Educate and train managersand employees on policy changes and updates.

Serve as a subject matterexpert for HR policies, offering guidance to staff and management.

3. Employee Relations &Grievance Management:

Serveas the primary point of contact for employee grievances and ensure timelyresolution.

Conductthorough investigations into complaints and disciplinary matters, ensuring afair and objective approach.

Advisemanagers on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution anddisciplinary actions.

Developstrategies to improve employee engagement and promote a positive workenvironment.

Mediatedisputes between employees and management, ensuring adherence to companypolicies and a respectful resolution.

4. Provide HR leadership : skill and proficiency in working closely with business leaders andemployees to formulate goals and practices that support business unitstrategies.

5. Compliance management: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment lawsand regulations. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that alignwith legal requirements and best practices. Stay updated with changes in laborlaws and ensure the company policies and practices are in line with currentlegislation.

6. Conducting Exit Interviews forresigned employees and escalate issues, if any, arising out of exit interview.

7. Highlighting any anomalies /deviations noted within the process to Reporting Supervisor for necessaryaction.

8. Organizational Design, ChangeManagement, and Business Partnering, compensation and benefits administration.

Qualifications:

9. Bachelor/masterdegree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

10. Experience: Minimum of 10 years in HR, with a focus oncompliance, policy management, and employee relations.

11. Strongunderstanding of labor laws, compliance requirements, and best practices in HR.

Soft skills:

12. Excellentcommunication

13. Strongproblem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

14. Highattention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
