Recruitment and Selection: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, and manage the selection process.
HR Policy and Procedure Development: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Employee Engagement: Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Compliance: Ensure compliance regulations and company policies.
HR Metrics and Analytics: Develop and analyze HR metrics and analytics to inform HR decisions.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in HR or related field: A bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of HR experience: At least 3 years of experience in HR.
HR certification: PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills: Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to HR challenges.
