Implementation Lead Product Company

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implementation Planning and Strategy

• Develop detailed project plans for implementation, including milestones, timelines, and resources.
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand client business processes, pain points, and desired outcomes.

2. Execution and Delivery

• Lead implementation teams to ensure successful product deployment.
• Configure and customize products according to client requirements and best practices.
• Conduct data migration, integration with third-party tools, and system testing.

3. Client Onboarding and Training

• Deliver comprehensive training sessions to ensure clients maximize product value.
• Provide onboarding resources, user guides, and workshops to accelerate product adoption.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Engineering, and Support, to resolve technical issues.
• Communicate client feedback to the Product team for future improvements.

5. Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns or risks during the implementation phase.

6. Reporting and Documentation

• Create detailed project status reports for internal and client review.
• Maintain documentation of implementation workflows, processes, and lessons learned.

7. Post-Implementation Support

• Ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Success or Support teams post-implementation.
• Monitor early product usage and recommend improvements or additional training if needed.Role & responsibilities
