Responsibilities :
- Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for the advertising business, aligned with overall company goals.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and functionalities based on user needs and business objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Translate insights from research into actionable product requirements and specifications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, designers, marketers, and sales teams to ensure alignment on product strategy and execution.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster effective communication and collaboration.
- Drive consensus and alignment on product decisions, even in the face of competing priorities.
- Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize features, estimate development efforts, and ensure timely delivery.
- Define clear product requirements and acceptance criteria to guide development efforts.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of product features to ensure quality and performance.
- Plan and execute successful product launches, including developing marketing materials, training documentation, and user communications.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and user adoption.
- Analyze product performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experimentation to validate product hypotheses and drive innovation.
- Continuously iterate on product features based on user feedback and performance metrics.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the advertising or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of product management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise business terms.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver successful products.
- Passion for technology and a deep understanding of user needs.
- A strong sense of ownership and a desire to make a significant impact.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with data analysis and A/B testing.
- Knowledge of advertising technologies and platforms.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
