We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Strategy Manager. Reporting to the Business Director-Purpose & People, this full-time and permanent position is based in Mumbai and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Purpose & People team and its’ growth.

We are looking for a highly adaptable Strategy Manager/Analyst with consulting experience (minimum 2-3 years, ideally 4-5) to join our team. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with ambiguity, cross-functional stakeholders, and complex challenges while delivering clear, actionable insights.

Key responsibilities:

• Project Management: Apply a good understanding of project management fundamentals to deliver complex projects with changing requirements and timelines, working effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Content Development: Synthesize complex ideas and data into clear, compelling PowerPoint presentations and actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and leadership, communicating complex concepts clearly and concisely to drive alignment and buy-in.
• Data Analysis and Business Intelligence: Perform detailed data analysis using Excel and other tools, translating findings into executive-level recommendations. Able to design reporting and analytics solutions to address key business challenges, enabling data-driven decisions and improved outcomes.

Key requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of consulting experience (4-5 years preferred) working in consulting firms.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Project and programme management
• Target Operating Model (TOM) design and implementation.
• Cost optimisation and efficiency initiatives.
• Business case development and financial modelling.
• Change management and stakeholder alignment.
• Strategic assessments and opportunity analyses.
• Market research and benchmarking.
• Data-driven decision support and insights generation.
