Reporting to the Operations Technology Director, UK.

This full-time and maternity cover position (minimum 10 months) is based in Mumbai, India and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to the development of Vistra target Real Estate platform, Yardi Voyager.

Purpose of Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Analyst to oversee our Fund Services Technology - Real Estate development projects.

This includes report developments for our Business and Clients and functionality improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Yardi Voyager schema, SQL and various report types (Scripted, SSRS, YSR etc.) The Senior Technical Analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Yardi, quality assurance engineers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure that project goals are met, and quality standards are maintained throughout the development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities :

- Managing the items on Operations Technology - Fund Services backlog recorded as developments, working closely with Yardi, the Yardi Voyager support team, the Business and Vistra's Clients.

- Reviewing and overseeing Requirement Gathering/scoping documents prepared by the Business Analysts.

- Managing the design and creation and control key operational Yardi Voyager modules.

- Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals, priorities, and deliverables.

- Collaborating with the Yardi Voyager support team and the Business on any issues relating to data or bug fixes.

- Assist with extraction, import (into Yardi) and assist business teams to reconcile financial and non-financial data.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external vendors.

- A key subject matter expert resource for global real estate projects and initiatives.

- Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments as directed/necessitated to ensure group success and progress towards the digital transformation strategy.

Key requirements :

- 6-8 years Yardi Voyager system experience.

- Technical proficiency in SQL, coding & user interface creation.

- Advanced knowledge of Yardi report development and report types (scripted, YSL, YSR, SSRS, Custom Analytics).

- Knowledge of Yardi Voyager schema.

- Experience of data-extraction and client onboarding processes relating to Yardi, including use of ETL tools for accounting data migration.

- Experience using Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau.

- Experience with documenting and tracking stored procedures/code in tools such as Jithub.

- Proven track-record of successful delivery of critical projects.

- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

- Significant experience in Stakeholder Management, Program Delivery and Functional Specification.

- Good communicator at multiple levels and across multiple disciplines.

- Strong leadership and management skills.
