Job Description

Our client is a well-funded Startup established in 2016, headquartered in Bangalore, as an AI-powered platform for Blue Collar Hiring. It's helping 300M+ blue-collar workers in India find jobs Over time, they want to become the centre of all money and financial needs for blue-collar workers.

Role: Head of Human Capital

Experience: 12 - 15 years post a Regular MBA from a premier Institute

Reports to: Founder & CEO

Team Size: 5 people (3 in TA, 2 in HR Ops.)

Employee Strength: 85 People on rolls and 50 Contractual (20 In Egg & product, 10 in Support Functions, 50 in Sales, and 50 in Tele-calling - contract employees)

WFO role, 5 days a week in HSR, Bangalore

Startup Experience Essential:

- Experience in Tech HR & Sales HR MUST.

- Should have Managed and scaled a Sales HR function

CTC on Offer: 70 - 80 L (Inclusive of 20% Variable) + ESOP's

- The candidate should have been Stable in Jobs so far.

- Candidate should have exposure to the following:-Steep Org. Growth / Restructuring / Ups and Downs in an Org. Journey

Candidate Profile:

- Bring 12-15 years of experience with some years in an HR leadership role, focusing on talent strategy, performance management, and organizational development in high-growth environments.

- Excel in aligning HR strategies with business goals, demonstrating strong business acumen and effective stakeholder management.

- Should have designed a Continuous Performance Improvement Process

- Have a proven track record of driving DEI initiatives and building inclusive, positive workplace cultures.

- Are skilled in developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans that attract and retain top talent.

- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing senior leadership and driving HR initiatives across the organization.

- Have hands-on experience in HR operations, including compliance, HRIS management, and process optimization.

- Are a strategic thinker with a proactive approach, ready to lead HR initiatives that support Co's mission of transforming the workforce landscape.

Role:

- Drive Workplace Culture: Lead initiatives to foster a strong, inclusive, and high-performing culture, ensuring that Co's values are deeply embedded across the organization.

- Talent Strategy & Acquisition: Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract, hire, and retain top talent, aligning with business objectives and growth targets.

- Performance Management: Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, feedback, and reviews, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a high-performance culture.

- Organizational Development: Design and implement organizational structures and talent strategies that support business needs and drive operational excellence.

- Employee Engagement: Implement targeted engagement programs and recognition initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, proactively addressing concerns to maintain a motivated workforce.

- HR Operations & Compliance: Oversee HR operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with all labor laws and regulations.

- Business Partnership & Stakeholder Management: Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing HR insights and recommendations to support business decisions.

- Employer Branding: Own and enhance employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and position the Co. as an employer of choice in the market.

- Manpower Planning: Lead manpower planning and budgeting to ensure the organization's staffing needs are met in alignment with business growth.

- HR Systems & Technology: Manage and optimize HR systems and technology to improve HR service delivery and data-driven decision-making.

- Policy Development: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with best practices and support a fair, inclusive workplace.
