Associate Director - HR Operations & Global Payroll - IT (18-25 yrs)

Location : Mumbai/ Bengaluru

Work Model : Hybrid model (2 days from office but depend on business requirement)(Should be okay to travel locally & internationally)

Shift : Mostly US hours (but should be flexible with global shifts)

Team Size: 250+ span

Responsibilities:

- Should have deep domain payroll expertise and should have managed large scale operations catering to a high-volume span

- Hands on Payroll ops exp (& should not just have team handling exp but looking for a ingrown payroll expert)

- Good understanding on payroll controls like Input vs output, Penny testing, Mass uploads, "Work hours" X "Minimum Wage rates", ensuring exits are incorporated

- Should have prior exp or should be familiar with handling payroll vendors

- Should have handled payroll multiple countries at the same time

- Should have managed operations at scale

- Experience in managing transformation projects

Requirement: 18+ Yrs of relevant experience in managing Global Payroll .
