Job Title: Content Lead - Social Media Platforms
Location: New Delhi (Jasola)
Role Summary:
Seeking a dynamic and creative Content Lead to spearhead the creation, curation, and distribution of content across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. The Content Lead will be responsible for building an engaging digital presence for the Group brands, increasing brand visibility, and driving customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement multi-channel content marketing campaigns across social media, blogs, email, websites, and video channels to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.
- Plan, execute, and manage an editorial calendar to ensure timely, impactful messaging that aligns with marketing funnels.
- Create high-quality, engaging content including blog posts, articles, infographics, social media posts, videos, reels, and podcasts that resonate with Int2Cruises' tone and values.
- Monitor KPIs like website traffic, engagement rates, and conversions to measure campaign success and refine strategies using data-driven insights.
- Carry out paid content promotions and drive lead-generation through content marketing.
- Develop strategies for retention management and community building, fostering an active and loyal audience base.
- Align the content plan with business objectives, campaign goals and brand guidelines.
- Analyze competitor strategies and industry trends to create compelling and relevant content
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in social media content creation and strategy.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with a flair for creating engaging content.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and audience behaviour.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
