Job Description:
- MSW/MBA with 15+ yrs of exp. Plant HR, IR, Union Handling and Administration.
- Experience in managing manufacturing plants.
- Expertise in labor law, collective bargaining, contract negotiation, and compliance with labor department regulations.
- Rich experience of handling plant HR, ER, Welfare, Safety and Administration. Manpower Handled Large numbers.
- Handled both IR and HR(should be strong in IR) in a large manufacturing organisation with good stability.
- Engineering background will be an added advantage. Exposure to concepts like World Class Manufacturing, TPM etc would be preferred. Good team leader with excellent communication skills.
Job Role:
- Strategize and establish best in class HR processes along with providing engagement and legal framework for plant, operations & central functions to create performance driven culture & optimally utilize workforce to achieve organisational goals and objective.
Desired Skills:
1. Strategic Orientation, Business Acumen, Negotiations Skills, Job Knowledge Laws, Organizational behaviour, Training and development & Industrial psychology.
2. Local IR & HR environment, Networking Skills, Knowledge of computers & Managing relationship.
