Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute scalable talent acquisition strategies to support business growth in IT Services.
- Drive end-to-end hiring for lateral and leadership positions across various IT domains.
- Manage large-volume hiring while ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with hiring SLAs.
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies leveraging direct sourcing, referrals, social media, and external partners.
- Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a large team of recruiters and TA specialists across multiple locations.
- Partner closely with business leaders, HR, and hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with technology leaders, delivery heads, and senior executives to forecast hiring needs.
