General Manager/Assistant Vice President - Talent Acquisition - IT Services Firm (18-25 yrs)

We are seeking a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Leader with a strong background in IT Services hiring. The ideal candidate will have 18+ years of experience in managing large-scale hiring, leading high-performing recruitment teams, and driving talent strategies in a fast-paced environment. This role requires hands-on experience in lateral hiring, expertise in handling high-volume recruitment, and a deep understanding of IT technologies and talent landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution

- Develop and execute scalable talent acquisition strategies to support business growth in IT Services.

- Drive end-to-end hiring for lateral and leadership positions across various IT domains.

- Manage large-volume hiring while ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with hiring SLAs.

- Implement innovative sourcing strategies leveraging direct sourcing, referrals, social media, and external partners.

- Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

- Lead, mentor, and manage a large team of recruiters and TA specialists across multiple locations.

- Partner closely with business leaders, HR, and hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with technology leaders, delivery heads, and senior executives to forecast hiring needs.
