- Business development & expansion from Power & Projects (industrial customers) segment. Analysis of existing customer base & type of business.
- Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by providing assistance thereby achieving delivery & quality norms.
- Maintaining good & cordial relationship with channel partners as well as with direct customers, which results in market penetration & reach.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support & service on pre and after sales issues such as specification framing, managing offers & negotiations.
- After sales service co-ordination.
- Generating Business from Projects & Power (new & replacement market) and execution of orders in co-ordination with team.
