Position Summary:
As the Chief Revenue Officer and Co-Founder, you will be responsible for defining and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, enhance customer engagement, and build strong client relationships. This role provides an exciting opportunity to be part of the founding team, with an option to invest and earn equity based on your contributions and dedication.
Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Strategy Development : Develop and implement revenue-generating strategies, including sales, marketing, and customer retention plans, aligned with TEMS Tech Solutions growth goals.
  • Sales Leadership : Lead sales efforts, including prospecting, client meetings, deal negotiations, and closing key deals, while ensuring high conversion rates and client satisfaction.
  • Customer Acquisition : Identify target market segments, create customer acquisition plans, and work closely with the marketing team to optimize outreach and drive growth.
  • Partnership and Channel Development : Build and nurture strategic partnerships, alliances, and distribution channels that complement our offerings and expand market reach.
  • Revenue Forecasting and Analysis : Monitor revenue metrics, analyze performance trends, and forecast revenue to guide business decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Client Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy : Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to create compelling go-to-market plans for new services, ensuring alignment with customer needs and competitive positioning.
  • Pricing and Profitability Optimization : Develop pricing models and strategies that maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with the CEO, CPO, and other departments to ensure alignment between revenue strategies and overall company objectives.
  • Team Development and Culture : Build and lead a high-performing revenue team, fostering a culture of growth, innovation, and customer-focused excellence
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales, revenue management, or business development, preferably in technology consulting or SaaS industries
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven success in building revenue-generation strategies and achieving revenue targets in high-growth or startup environments.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with an entrepreneurial and client-centric approach
Skills and Competencies:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, forecast revenue, and make data-driven decisions

Note : This role is equity-based with no fixed salary until funding is secured. The CRO role is ideal for a driven, results-oriented leader committed to driving impactful revenue growth in a high-growth environment
