Job Description

Talent Acquisition and Retention : Oversee recruitment efforts, including creating job descriptions, interviewing candidates, and developing onboarding programs that support employee engagement and retention.

Performance Management : Implement performance management systems, including setting KPIs, conducting evaluations, and developing programs to support career growth and employee development.

HR Policies and Compliance : Develop and maintain HR policies, ensuring compliance with legal standards, as well as policies that encourage a fair and safe work environment.

Employee Relations : Manage employee relations issues, providing support and resolution while fostering open communication and a supportive atmosphere.

Learning and Development : Design training and development programs that support employee skill enhancement, career advancement, and continuous learning.

Compensation and Benefits Strategy : Develop competitive equity-based compensation structures, benefits programs, and recognition systems that align with company goals and incentivize performance.

Workforce Planning : Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning, ensuring the right resources are in place for current and future business needs.

HR Analytics and Reporting : Utilize HR data to analyze trends, track key metrics, and provide insights to optimize people strategies

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification is a plus.

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HR leadership, preferably within the technology or consulting industry

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven expertise in HR strategy, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations in high-growth or startup environments.

Strong understanding of HR compliance and labor laws

Skills and Competencies:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

Excellent interpersonal, and leadership skills, with a strategic and empathetic approach.

Entrepreneurial spirit, with a passion for creating and maintaining a positive and impactful workplace culture.
