Position Summary:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will join the leadership team as a key partner, responsible for designing and executing financial strategies, managing fundraising activities, and ensuring financial compliance. This role offers the unique opportunity to help shape the company s financial future and contribute to its success. The CFO will have the option to invest and earn equity based on their contributions and commitment.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Strategy and Planning : Develop and implement a financial strategy aligned with TEMS Tech Solutions growth goals, ensuring financial stability, profitability, and scalability.
- Budgeting and Forecasting : Lead the budgeting process, manage financial forecasting, and guide the executive team in making informed financial decisions.
- Fundraising and Investor Relations : Play a key role in raising capital, from preparing financial presentations to managing investor relations and overseeing due diligence.
- Cash Flow Management : Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and ensure the company has sufficient financial resources for ongoing and future operations.
- Financial Reporting and Analysis : Oversee financial reporting, conduct regular financial analysis, and provide actionable insights to drive business performance.
- Risk Management : Identify financial risks, implement risk management strategies, and work with other departments to ensure financial compliance and risk mitigation.
- Cost Control and Efficiency : Establish cost control measures, analyze operational expenses, and optimize financial efficiencies across departments.
- Tax and Regulatory Compliance : Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws, regulations, and financial reporting standards.
Strategic Partnerships and MA : Provide financial guidance on partnerships, acquisitions, and other strategic opportunities that align with the company s long-term vision.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; Master s degree or CPA/CFA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in finance, preferably with exposure to technology, SaaS, or consulting industries
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong understanding of corporate finance, financial planning, fundraising, and investment strategies.
Demonstrated experience in fundraising, venture capital, or private equity; experience in a high-growth or startup environment is preferred
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills with an entrepreneurial spirit
