Position Summary:
As the Chief Investment Officer and Co-Founder, you will be responsible for defining and executing the company s investment strategy, securing funding, managing investments, and driving long-term financial growth. This is an equity-based role, offering the opportunity to invest in TEMS Tech Solutions and earn equity based on your contributions
Responsibilities:
- Investment Strategy Development : Define and lead the investment strategy for TEMS Tech Solutions, identifying key areas for financial growth and developing plans to secure capital.
- Fundraising : Lead fundraising efforts, including sourcing and securing venture capital, angel investors, and strategic partners, to fuel business growth and expansion.
- Capital Allocation : Oversee the allocation of capital for business operations, ensuring optimal use of resources to drive long-term value and achieve strategic objectives.
- Investor Relations : Build and maintain relationships with investors, providing regular updates, transparent communication, and reports on financial performance and business progress.
- Financial Planning and Analysis : Lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to ensure the company s financial health and the alignment of investment strategies with business goals.
- Equity and Ownership Structure : Develop and manage the company s equity structure, defining terms for co-investors, shareholders, and equity stakeholders, ensuring alignment with long-term objectives.
- Risk Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, ensuring that investments align with the company s risk tolerance and long-term sustainability.
- Mergers and Acquisitions : Identify and evaluate potential merger and acquisition opportunities that align with the company s strategic goals, enhancing value through inorganic growth.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting : Monitor the performance of investments and financial strategies, providing clear reports and making data-driven recommendations for optimization
- Collaboration with Leadership : Work closely with the CEO, CPO, and other C-level executives to ensure investment strategies align with the overall business vision and operational objectives
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degrees preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in investment management, venture capital, private equity, or a related field, preferably within the technology or consulting industries.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong understanding of financial markets, capital raising, investment strategies, and business valuation
Proven experience in sourcing and securing funding, managing investor relationships, and executing financial strategies in a high-growth environment
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with investors, board members, and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, risk management, and performance tracking

Note : This role is equity-based with no fixed salary until funding is secured. The CIO role is ideal for a strategic, results-driven financial leader with a passion for driving growth through investments and securing capital in a high-growth environment
