Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to join our e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will focus on enhancing the user experience, optimizing website performance, and driving increased conversion rates across digital platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of data-driven decision-making, A/B testing, and user behavior analysis. You will collaborate closely with marketing, design, and development teams to deliver impactful, conversion-focused solutions that enhance customer engagement and maximize revenue.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention.

Conduct comprehensive user behavior analyses, including heatmaps, session recordings, and funnel analysis, to identify drop-off points and opportunities for optimization.

Develop and implement strategies to improve website usability, functionality, and overall user experience (UX).

Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to implement CRO-focused design and content changes.

Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Optimizely.

Create and present detailed reports on testing outcomes, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Stay updated with the latest CRO trends, tools, and methodologies to ensure the adoption of best practices.

Work closely with the marketing team to align CRO strategies with overall e-commerce goals and campaigns.

Maintain and ensure the integrity of testing environments and tools.

Optimize landing pages, product pages, and checkout flows to reduce bounce rates and increase conversion rates.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Proficiency in using CRO tools such as Optimizely, VWO, Hotjar, Crazy Egg, or similar.

Expertise in web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics (GA4) and Adobe Analytics.

Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and how they influence conversion rates.

Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to collaborate effectively with development teams.

Knowledge of SEO best practices and how they integrate with CRO strategies.

Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.

Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualification & Experience Required

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization, preferably in an e-commerce environment.

Proven track record of successful CRO implementations and measurable impact on business performance.

Certifications in CRO, Google Analytics, or related fields are highly desirable.
