Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Amazon India Management:
Oversee all aspects of our Amazon India operations.
Manage flat file listings, ensuring accuracy and optimization for visibility and sales.
Develop and implement effective advertising campaigns on Amazon.
Create and manage A+ content to enhance product listings.
Handle FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) processes, ensuring smooth operations and inventory management.
Address and resolve cases and issues promptly and efficiently.
Analyze performance data and generate reports to inform strategic decisions.
Flipkart Management:
Manage and optimize product listings on Flipkart.
Develop and execute advertising strategies to drive sales.
Ensure accurate and appealing cataloguing of products.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize sales and profitability.
Vendor Central and International Marketplaces:
Utilize Amazon Vendor Central to manage vendor relationships and optimize listings (if applicable).
Manage and optimize accounts on Amazon.com and Amazon Europe (if applicable).
Adapt strategies to meet the specific requirements and best practices of each marketplace.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive growth and profitability.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce and online advertising.
Identify opportunities for new product listings and market expansion.
Team Collaboration and Leadership:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and customer service.
Mentor and guide junior team members, providing training and support as needed.
Lead by example in managing and optimizing e-commerce operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as an E-commerce Manager or similar role.
Expertise in managing all aspects of Amazon India, including flat file listing, advertisement, cataloguing, A+ content, FBA, and case handling.
Experience managing high-volume accounts on Amazon India and Flipkart.
Proficiency in handling Amazon Vendor Central is a plus.
Experience with international marketplaces like Amazon.com and Amazon Europe is a significant plus.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
