Position Summary:
As the Chief Marketing Officer and Co-Founder, you will lead the company s marketing vision, establishing and executing a strategic marketing plan that fuels growth, enhances brand awareness, and drives customer engagement. This role is equity-based, with the option to invest and receive equity based on your contributions and involvement.
Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Strategy Development : Define and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy, aligning with company goals to drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Brand Building and Positioning : Establish and strengthen the TEMS Tech Solutions brand, creating a distinct, consistent presence across all platforms and ensuring alignment with our value proposition.
  • Digital Marketing and Demand Generation : Develop and oversee digital marketing strategies, including SEO, content marketing, email campaigns, and social media, to drive lead generation and conversion.
  • Content and Thought Leadership : Build and execute a content strategy that positions TEMS Tech Solutions as an industry thought leader. Create whitepapers, blogs, case studies, and other content to educate clients and highlight our expertise.
  • Customer Insights and Market Research : Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning, using insights to refine marketing strategies.
  • Go-to-Market Strategies : Partner with the product and sales teams to create effective go-to-market plans for new services, focusing on messaging, positioning, and audience targeting.
  • Partnership Marketing : Build strategic partnerships and alliances that enhance brand reach, increase customer acquisition, and add value to our offerings.
  • KPIs and Performance Analysis : Define key performance indicators (KPIs), measure marketing effectiveness, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize marketing ROI.
  • Team Leadership and Culture : Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in marketing leadership, preferably within the technology consulting or SaaS industries.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and brand recognition.
  • Strong digital marketing expertise, including content marketing, SEO, and demand generation
Skills and Competencies:
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and creative skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
