Position Summary:
As the CEO and Co-Founder, you will serve as the primary driver of the company s vision, responsible for establishing growth strategies, leading a diverse team, and setting the foundation for long-term success. This role provides a unique opportunity to shape the future of TEMS Tech Solutions, offering equity in exchange for contributions and an option to invest in the company. As the CEO, you will focus on aligning the team and resources to achieve ambitious goals and drive value for clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Vision and Strategy : Define and communicate the company s vision, mission, and strategy. Align the company s direction with market trends, industry demands, and emerging opportunities.
- Operational Leadership : Oversee all operational functions, ensuring effective and efficient delivery of consulting services across multiple technology domains.
- Fundraising and Investor Relations : Drive fundraising initiatives, engage with investors, prepare investment materials, and lead negotiations to secure financial resources.
- Team Building and Culture : Attract, retain, and inspire a talented, motivated team. Establish a culture that promotes innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
- Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances to grow the company s footprint and client base.
- Financial Oversight : Work closely with the CFO to ensure financial stability and implement strategies for long-term financial health.
- Market Positioning and Brand Development : Establish TEMS Tech Solutions as a recognized leader in technology consulting, focusing on brand visibility and industry positioning.
- Customer Engagement : Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded, while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Governance and Compliance : Collaborate with the CCO and CLO to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical business practices
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Technology, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in technology consulting, SaaS, or related industries, with a proven track record of building and scaling businesses
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong entrepreneurial drive, with experience in high-growth or startup environments preferred.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Deep understanding of emerging technology trends and the ability to pivot strategies to stay ahead in a competitive landscape
